Caden is a diesel shunter who works at Barrow-in-Furness.
Bio
Not much is known about Caden's past, but he had been bought by the NWR in 1993 to manage the Barrow-In-Furness yards. It is also known that when Peter was in the works getting restored three years later, Caden had been on one of his services around the same time while Sheffield looked after the yards. That had been when Peter and Caden first met. As Caden wasn't in his yard at the time, he had no reason to be bossy, and the two had made friends.
In Percy's Post, he only gave Henry three post vans, as post is decreasing, while the number of texts and e-mails are increasing. In The Thin Clergyman, he was quite blunt towards James when he came to collect the poster of the Thin Clergyman.
In Caden (the episode), he caused an accident with Shane at Barrow and is rather blunt towards the other engines when trying to run the Barrow yard. He feels that if he tells the truth about the accident, he will get into trouble, but Peter is able to convince him to come clean.

- His faces appear to be the same as Winston's and Frank's.
- TobyandMavisforever wrote in a story that Caden had helped out Sodor during the summer rush when the yard was without a station pilot when Duck left for his branch and before Diesel arrived. Wildnorwester liked this so much he considered it for his series.
