Toad (All formally)
This route was where Oliver made his escape to the Island of Sodor. He past several diesels including one who alerted railway authorities that he's escaping, but to no use. Although nearly spotted by one Diesel by the number D7101, D7101 told the GWR tank engine to quickly head for Barrow-in-Furness and was soon out of both coal and steam from his funnel. Another diesel took him and abandoned the GWR tank engine, left for dead in a scrapyard. With Diesel laughing at Oliver that he will be scrapped, Douglas arrived and took him back to Crovan's Gate despite being stopped by the night foreman on the way. Oliver was with Isabel and Toad during his escape within Compton Magna.
The route was used in the Answer Time production made by WildNorWester. Details he mentioned include the creator of the route and Compton Magna representing British Railways, on the other side of Barrow-in-Furness. This was shown in episode twenty-nine, On the Run. The Barrow-in-Furness route was also shown as part of stock footage from Escape.
