Bio
Hopper 007 was one of the new hoppers bought for transporting ballast on the Little Western. After Donald confronted him, he informed Donald to look at the specific number that each ballast hopper carries, as the latter could narrow down which hopper is causing the trouble for the engines. The trouble maker turned out to be Hopper 006.
Basis
Hopper 007 is based on a BR ZFV "Dogfish" ballast hopper. Hopper 006 is another member of this class.
Livery
Hopper 007 is painted maroon with grey railing.
