|Wellsworth and Suddery Railway|
|The W&S Engines|
|Location||Crosby to Brendam|
|Inhabitants|| Colin |
The line joined with the Tidmouth, Knapford and Elsbridge Light Railway, creating which became the Tidmouth, Wellsworth and Suddery Railway in 1912. Then, the Sodor & Mainland Railway joined that railway to form the North Western Railway in 1914. Part of the line became Edward's Branch Line, which runs from Wellsworth - Brendam.
After this merging, the engines still were in service, but during the Great Depression in 1934, all three of the W&S engines were sent for scrap. Lily managed to escape, but Colin and Adam were scrapped. Lily's ship, however, sunk. In 2009, Lily was re-discovered; and she now works on the Ffarquhar Branch Line. The line has appeared more frequently in flashbacks in Sodor: The Modern Years.
