William is a GWR 61xx no. 6170 who was built in 1935 and used to work on the Great Western Railway.
Bio
He used to work on the GWR with Oliver. He only made an appearance in On the Run.
His model was a standard model on the Trainz Simulator game, but WildNorWester later re-skinned a different model he made.
